1. Introduction & Platform Services
By login in you accept to receive, notification on whatsapp email text message and calls also agree to make your number and email id visible to recruiters and your profile information to all other users available on syncup. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services. Our platform provides services including candidate profile creation, AI-based job matching, and facilitating job applications and recruiter connections. SyncUp acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not an employer or recruiter, and therefore does not guarantee job placement, interview selection, or employment outcomes.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree not to impersonate any person, create misleading accounts, or provide false information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
3. Profile Visibility & Data Sharing
By signing up and creating a profile, you expressly consent to your profile information, including but not limited to your resume, work experience, skills, and contact details, being visible to recruiters and hiring companies. When you apply to a job through the platform, your information is shared with the respective recruiter or employer. While we take reasonable measures to ensure safe usage of the platform, SyncUp is not responsible for any misuse of your information by third parties.
4. AI Features & Usage
Our platform may use artificial intelligence to provide features such as job matching, candidate ranking, and generation of screening questions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may not always be correct or complete, and users are encouraged to independently verify such information. You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to uploading fraudulent information, engaging in illegal activities, scraping or copying platform data, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the system.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including technology, design, and content, are owned by SyncUp AI Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written permission. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncUp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to job outcomes, recruiter actions, data misuse by third parties, or platform downtime.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we detect any violation of these Terms or any fraudulent or harmful activity. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of the jurisdiction of Jabalpur Highcourt shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
